Why might I consider a Trust?

Choosing your Trustees

Trustees have an important role and legal responsibilities. They are responsible for managing Trust assets in accordance with the terms of the Trust and may also have administrative, reporting and tax responsibilities. It is therefore important to choose people who are trustworthy, responsible and capable of carrying out the role.
